Head of Property Management

Since joining CERT in 2018, Paul and his team provide a full comprehensive service, ensuring that their clients are maximising their investments. Paul has over 12 years of experience within property management having previously held Directorship roles at Countrywide PIc. Paul also holds a Level 3 award in residential lettings and property management and is a member of both ARLA Propertymark (Association of Residential Lettings Agents) and Propertymark commercial.

Paul is currently studying for a Level 7 senior management qualification, the equivalent to a Masters degree which he hopes will further enhance his strategic management skillset.

Outside of work. Paul enjoys fitness and well-being, attending daily early morning classes as well as Pilates and cold water therapy. Also a believer in balance. Paul is the first to organise a night out and will be found in the best bars and restaurants Manchester and Liverpool have to offer most weekends!
