JOHNNY VILLANUEVA

Community Engagement Marketing Manager

With a passion for building communities and activating spaces, Johnny joined the CERT team in 2020 as a Community Coordinator for CERT’s head office, Hilton House. During this time Johnny worked closely with CERT’s property management team to demonstrate that building mobilisation is the key to bringing spaces to life. Through community focused events, Johnny has brought the tenants within and around our buildings together.

Johnny has since moved into the marketing team, extending his skill for activating communities to our residential buildings and is heading up the launch of our Resident’s App.

Outside of work Johnny enjoys the great outdoors and soaking up culture.
