Having worked at some of the UK’s largest student accommodation providers, Joelle joined the CERT team in 2020 and has applied her extensive years of experience to manage a large portfolio of apartments on behalf of landlords and investors.

Joelle’s in-depth knowledge makes her an expert in opening new residential developments and managing the entire process – from mortgage completions to welcoming tenants. Joelle accurately sets rents according to the market, advertises properties effectively, and secures suitable tenants for CERT’s portfolio of properties. Joelle’s dedication to the role has helped her gain clients’ trust, giving them the peace of mind that they have invested well with CERT.

Joelle is an avid runner outside the workplace and enjoys food, cooking, and spending time with friends.
