Grant’s passion for design and development has seen his career progress from a start in block property management to becoming both A Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and Member of The Property Institute (MTPI) in 2021.

Through his career, Grant has been involved in schemes of all sizes from individual luxury homes, air space developments on existing buildings as well as new build brownfield sites. Grant looks to use his experience in managing completed building to ensure that considerations are made during the design process so that spaces and places that will not only look great but will be sustainable and benefit many for years to come.
