We manage projects through the entire property lifecycle, managing the acquisition, development and management of real estate assets on behalf of our investors, combining our range of competencies and skills in-house with a network of trusted and experienced contractors, architects and designers, enabling us to deliver projects from concept and financial viability assessment stage through to delivery and completion.
I’ve partnered with CERT to bring two exceptional Build-to-Rent developments to life in my hometown of Manchester. It’s a deeply personal experience to be investing in the local community that has shaped me, and I’m excited to see the positive impact these developments will have on the neighbourhood.
