Riva oversees the running of properties on behalf of owners. Her role includes the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, as well as making well-timed investment decisions on behalf of clients to grow their finances and portfolios.

Riva thrives with the responsibility of managing others’ assets and embraces the opportunity to earn clients’ trust by helping them choose the best investment decisions based on their unique financial situations. Since joining the CERT team, Riva has retained all of her landlords, maximising their income and building a personal relationship with them. As a result, Riva regularly receives 5* reviews from tenants and landlords.

In her spare time, Riva enjoys eating out, socialising with friends, and watching crime documentaries.
