With 12 years of experience in the development industry, Stephen has played a leading role from inception of two SME developers; GRE Assets, and subsequently CERT. He started at each when the companies were start-ups and help them both grow. The opportunity to help build the foundations for future growth has led to a unique insight into the risks and opportunities throughout the development cycle, and a clear understanding of the objectives of the various stakeholders.

Stephen is a process driven individual and is highly skilled in managing numerous tasks and projects simultaneously. He thrives in a fast paced and challenging environment, as has been proven on the project SONA.

Beyond the management of projects Stephen has a keen eye for architecture and always seeks to learn from the design and delivery teams.
